The most important issues and cases in terms of safety and the acceptability of the quality rating, which has always been emphasized and clarified with priority and delay, is quality in the sense of having the necessary standards, and it can be said clearly that at least this has been the case in the elevator industry, although quality has been inadvertently or intentionally neglected by a few irresponsible and profit-seeking people in various fields for various reasons.
But this issue in all kinds of equipment and necessities, including imported items such as; Elevator motors, electronic boards, and other essentials have been implemented and the mandatory requirement of quality compliance with approved standards and having quality certificates from the originator and manufacturer has always been considered, and fortunately, this importance is considered more in the eyes of the authorities than before.
Anyway, the wheel of our country’s elevator and escalator industry has been spinning for years with the presence of a number of activists. Some of these people have entered the field of work in this industry by having related educations in fields such as mechanics, electricity, metallurgy, etc., and some of them with less related educations or in terms of experience, work and practice have become familiar with this industry over the years and have gradually focused their activities on this industry.
So far, the subject of our discussion was about the various spectrums of the elevator and escalator industry operators in terms of the type of entry and activity in the industry, but another important and influential topic is the discussion of quality, which is considered one of the necessary requirements and even obligatory in the industry, and it is mandatory and can be examined and expressed from different perspectives. Quality is mainly manifested in two ways in the quality of equipment and supplies and the quality in the activities and work of executives and technical managers.
The quality in the professional activity of the people working in the elevator industry is obtained and obtained through training, skill acquisition through activity and work in the related field and study, and it evolves in a not very short period of time, and it is perfected by the effort and acquisition of new sciences and techniques and new technologies, and depending on the interest and attention of the people, it has intensity and weakness and reaches dynamics.
However, the quality of the equipment, products, and supplies used in the elevator industry is obtained through experience and follow-up based on interest, need, and need, and it requires the possession of science and It includes modern techniques (free of any quantity and deficiency) and this is through checking quality certificates – having a standard certificate, observing safety principles and basics, and some other things. It is related.
Our hope, industry activists and general industrialists; Compliance with standards in all sectors of the industry, including the manufacturer, products, installation and implementation, and after-sales services, is not far from reach. Which in turn improves the quality of equipment and proper installation of elevators, as well as reducing accidents.
It is hoped that in these days the root of the dreaded virus will be removed as soon as possible and comprehensive safety will be achieved.
